· Repairing equipment and testing repairs.

· Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.

· Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.

· Creating maintenance procedures.

· Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.

· Keeping records of faults and repairs.
