Neutron will be our next rocket on the launch pad, an advanced 13-tonne payload class, reusable rocket to launch the mega constellations of the future. **SUPPLY CHAIN** Rocket Lab’s Supply Chain team is responsible for the flow of all materials, products, and components through the business. With many of our own products functioning as critical components to our own and our customers’ missions, the Supply Chain team has a direct impact on the success of our rocket and satellite programs. **INVENTORY & LOGISTIC COORDINATOR** The Logistics and Iventory Assistant is a crucial member of our inclusive and passionate team at Rocket Lab. They provide top-notch logistic support to our staff, clients, and contractors, ensuring seamless equipment transfers and stock coordination. This role not only supports our production and project timelines but also fosters a culture where team members have each other’s backs. Every day is dynamic and diverse, offering the opportunity to be part of our innovative endeavors. **WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO** * Responsible for stock control of Flight Spares in accordance with Production and Facility Spares as per Facility maintenance plan * Ensure adequate availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to meet Location Compliance Certificate (LCC) requirements, ordering more when needed * Perform cycle counting and stocktaking * Handle inwards goods receipting and put away * Support Production and R&D by managing components and consumables inventory * Coordinate outwards goods and dispatch * Place stock orders through the internal buying team * Maintain an organised and presentable warehouse **YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS** * Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others behaviour * A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work non-routine shifts in support of test operations * Ability to work in a team and to build effective working relationships with external and internal customers * Ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with local suppliers * Excellent MS Office skills * Two years + experience with stores, logistics or equivalent discipline * Exposure to Inventory Management systems **If this sounds like you, Apply today!** **WHAT TO EXPECT** We’re on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that’s not an easy task.
