We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-volume recruiting team. The TA Partner will be a thought partner on best practices in recruiting and hiring engineering staff. We are looking for a strong engineering recruiter who can recruit, source and guide hiring leaders to make good hiring decision.
The TA Partner will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, forging dynamic relationships with Hiring Leaders and strategic partners throughout the organization.
We source and recruit in all disciplines across the engineering organization, including, but not limited to: Flight Sciences, Avionics, Flight Controls, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Systems, Vehicle Design, Flight Test, Propulsion, Stress and Structural Integrity, Interiors, Quality, Programs, Technical Operations, Maintenance, Propulsion, Mission Control, Manufacturing, Maintenance, etc.
It will be important to be able to operate with efficiency within our TA systems, following all processes/policies and compliance regulations and providing market data to the team and your hiring leaders. Possess a deep understanding of the engineering talent market is critical as are strong skills in sourcing and closing Senior level engineering talent.
- Partner with hiring leaders to build and execute effective, robust sourcing and recruiting strategies and provide strong engineering talent
- Conduct effective intakes and utilize sourcing tools to gather market data and find the best diverse talent
- Act as a talent advisor by guiding your hiring leaders in job description creation or enhancements to ensure we are capturing the needs of the position
- Extensive recruiting and sourcing efforts to find difficult skillsets for our Aerospace Engineering teams
- Source, recruit, identify, qualify, interview and present candidates to hiring managers
- Recruiting talent at all levels, spanning multiple skills, with strong focus on professional and exempt level positions.
- Salary negotiations and closing candidates adhering to compensation structure
- Assist leaders to create diverse interview panels
- Training & Guiding hiring leaders to use behavioral based interview techniques to ensure we are making thoughtful hiring decisions.
- White glove candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruiting and hiring process
- Collaborate key stakeholders in the hiring and onboarding process, including but not limited to Hiring Leaders, People Business Partners & People operations
Required Skills and Experience
- BA/BS Degree
- 8+ years of fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment
- 2-3+ years in aerospace engineering recruiting
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate talent acquisition environment
- Experience working in a regulated environment and adhering to corporate compliance and fair hiring practices
- Possess the ability to effectively prioritize and produce results within set timelines
- Great communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with various stakeholders & leaders throughout the organization
- Must have strong experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ATS – SuccessFactors (SAP) a plus
- CRM Experience in Phenom a Plus
The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $79,300.00–$121,000.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
