Bakery Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Preparation and production of doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches
– Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
– Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
– Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
– Package finished products for display or sale
– Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus
– Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
– Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products
– Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
– Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
