DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, capture, and implement record retention policies and procedures in support of multiple Axiom programs
  • Document/record digitization and storage in support of multiple Axiom programs
  • Work with teams to ensure records are being converted to digital format and are stored properly enabling ease of access
  • Maintain quality and timely processing of project documentation
  • Identify and coordinate the timing and support needed for document retention process development and updates to support constantly changing program needs
  • Execute quality control on all incoming documentation with the attention to detail to spot irregularities and non-compliance prior to digitization
  • Collect, clean, transform data for records retention reporting and dashboard metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
  • Participate in quality assurance and AS9001 audits of records retention processes and procedures
  • Provide LLIS (Limited Life Inventory System) support
  • Provide meeting support: prepare, record attendance, take minutes & actions, record, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree preferred, equivalent experience in lieu of degree accepted
  • Working knowledge of Aerospace document control preferred
  • Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet tight deadlines and quality objectives
  • Ability to analyze data delivery requirements and ensure the data products are compliant and are delivered on schedule
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience in the handling and distribution of sensitive data preferred
  • Prior experience in an office environment where protection of data is required
  • Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.

Requirements

  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.

Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
