SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including medical/dental, wellness programs, 401(k), and other company benefits.
  • Manage and process disability and workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and follow-up.
  • Manage leave requests, including FMLA, personal, and medical leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Serve as a travel approver, reviewing and approving employee travel requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the off-boarding process, including exit interviews, managing final paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Assist with internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a human resources role
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Concur, Employee Navigator, and Pingboard preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field with willingness to jump in when needed.
  • Travel between sites may be required
