INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR-EXECUTIVE
Job Description
Serves as Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and Headquarters (HQ) Chief Information Officer (CIO) managing Information Technology (IT) Programs (Mission Programs and Institutional) in compliance with federal and agency statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures
Serves as a member of the Agency CIO Leadership and is accountable to the Center Director for IT operations at GSFC and HQ
Provides IT services to multiple NASA satellite locations
Occasional travel to Headquarters is expected
You must have the skill and ability to perform the duties described above as demonstrated by progressively responsible supervisory/leadership experience, normally obtained over several years by serving in positions at the GS-15 level or equivalent

MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
MTQ 1-
Demonstrated experience in leading an information technology (IT) services organization to deliver a broad array of IT products and services to customers/stakeholders
This includes experience in developing, implementing, and executing cohesive IT strategic and tactical plans, performance, and accountability.
MTQ 2-
Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and management of IT strategies and initiatives to adopt new IT solutions and meet evolving business requirements
