Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring that Cybersecurity Services (CyS) Service Line has consistent technical integration within the service line and with other OCIO service lines. Additionally, you will work with the CyS Director to set priorities and execute CyS projects and initiatives in support of OCIO Roadmaps and Strategic plans. Serves as the primary technical integration point with the Cybersecurity Services (CyS) Service Line.

Duties

  • Exercises authority in Cybersecurity Services (CyS) technical integration between CyS services, other service lines across OCIO, and internal and external partners.
  • Coordinates with the CyS/Cybersecurity Privacy Division (CSPD) Strategy and Business Office to report the health, performance, and risks
    associated with overall CyS service delivery activities.
  • Oversight of CyS technology roadmaps and integration into all service line processes.
  • Oversees CyS performance management and policy/process compliance (management controls for Object Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance
    Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)).
  • Contributes to development/maintenance of metrics to measure efficiency and implement continual improvement of CyS.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to meet the technical requirements of the cybersecurity service line, and contributing to identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the protection of critical cyber defense infrastructure and key resources;
  • Managing and coordinating activities such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, development, testing, and/or cost control of assigned cybersecurity service;
  • Ensuring the effectiveness, management, and execution of technical requirements for the enterprise architecture.

AND

You MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
