We’re a fast-growing delivery company seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise a team of drivers and operations staff
– Plan, coordinate, and execute daily delivery operations
– Analyze and optimize routes, schedules, and workflows
– Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
– Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
– Foster a culture of excellent customer service and driver satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
– Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or a related field
– Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and driving results
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Experience with delivery software, routing optimization tools, and performance metrics
– High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: Up to $1,200.00 per week
