Required Procurement Officer having the background of procurement of FMCG, petrochemical industry or any chemical/Lubricants manufacturing organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SR. PROCUREMENT OFFICER.

1. Research potential vendors and prepare list of vendors.

2. Receive Requisition from factory and ensure that the orders are being placed on time to avoid any kind of delay.

3. Compare and evaluate offers from different vendors/suppliers.

4. Make the comparative reports and get approval from HOD.

5. Prepare Quotation files and keep them updated.

6. Coordinate with Inventory In-charge about delivery of goods.

REQUIREMENTS.

– Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role

– Strong negotiation and communication skills

– Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement procedures

– Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software including ERP software.

– Ability to work independently

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
