UMMARY: The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and hiring the best possible talent for the company who are galvanized by our mission. The Recruiting Coordinator will be tech Savvy, detail oriented and the ability to think outside the box.

** This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. The intent is for the position to be FTE within 90 Days. This position has multiple openings**


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the recruitment and interview process.
  • Tracks and ensures all candidate interaction, detail and notes are accurately documented in the ATS
  • Monitor and manage candidate workflow, disposition codes, notes, pre-screening questions
  • Manage ATS to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines
  • Create and manage job postings internally and externally
  • Accountable for ensuring all applicant records are compliant
  • Completes Forms I-9 form, verifies I-9 documentation
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as request by Recruiters and HR Manager
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee request and questions
  • Assist and/or prepares correspondence as required
  • Collect data and maintain recruiting KPI dashboard
  • Perform other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field or 2 years of directly related work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in recruitment or HR required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required
  • Knowledge of OFCCP guideline preferred
  • HR/Recruiting certification preferred
  • Prior social media recruitment experience preferred – job posting and brand execution

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of common HR practices, employment and immigration laws, government compliance regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Extraordinarily organized, able to prioritize and follow through on all work
  • Must have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of positions
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and working in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
