Summary:
The Firefly Finance team seeks an experienced, energetic, and service-oriented Accounts Payable Manager who is passionate about details to support our growing organization. Reporting to the Controller, this position will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function and team, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, providing weekly payment plans, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will establish policies, document standard operating procedures and implement internal controls and efficient processes.
The ideal candidate is motivated, self-directed, and comfortable communicating with vendors and working with employees at all levels of the company in a fast-paced work environment.
What to Expect
The role is based at the Firefly HQ in Cedar Park, TX. You will report to the Controller and work closely with stakeholders across the company. This is an execution-heavy role that requires strong collaboration with various teams and a hands-on approach to getting things done. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we scale and develop your leadership skills.
